What are you avoiding right now?
Maybe it’s a task: the dishes, the laundry, the lawn. Maybe it’s a relationship: an overdue thank-you, or apology. Maybe it’s a practice: meditating, running, writing, singing. Maybe it’s a decision: leaving a job, or a relationship. Or maybe it’s something only you can name.

Whatever it is, you don’t have to face it alone.
How a co-do works
1. Check-in (2 minutes). A partner or guide helps you courageously turn toward the one thing that most needs doing, and define the next small step.
2. Practice (25 minutes). You consciously take that step, moving like a lion with slow, gentle and firm steps.
3. Check-out (3 minutes). Notice what’s shifted. Share back what you learned, connecting to the community.

“The Thrive Circle experience has been life changing. And I do not say that lightly. I had no idea I could find so much focus and motivation. The concept, format, and tools are a gift.”

“Once I actually sat down to write, the resistance disappeared. I’d been avoiding it for two weeks.”
